The beauty of working with a lot of small business and restaurants is that you meet a lot of creative people. Recently, moxYcello received a shout-out from Uncorked Kitchen when they were featured in Denver Life Magazine. We’re excited to share those details with you here as well as where you can taste this creative libation only available at their restaurant.

moxYcello Neat
The Monogram
- 1.5-oz moxYcello Ginger
- 1.5-oz Vodka
- 1/2-oz Dry Vermouth
- 1/2-oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2-oz Simple
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker and vigorously shake things up. Pour in a frozen martini glass or over your favorite craft ice. Savory addictive goodness!
Ginger Cosmo
- 1-oz moxYcello Ginger
- 1-oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple
- 1.5-oz Cranberry Juice
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Serve UP in frozen martini glasses or in a rocks glass with your favorite craft ice. This is not your mamma’s Cosmo! The Ginger adds a spiciness that isn’t too strong and keeps you coming back for more!
Espresso Martini
- 1.5-oz Kona Espresso
- 1.5-oz Coffee Vodka
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
To prepare, combine your ingredients, shake vigorously in a shaker. Serve up in a frozen martini glass & enjoy.
We recommend you take the time to create your own coffee vodka. All you need is your favorite beans & neutral grain spirits and it’s worth it. Combine 1/2 cup of whole bean in 16 oz of spirits, shake a couple of times and in 7-days you will have your own coffee vodka. If that simply doesn’t work for you there are coffee vodkas out there. Just be aware a lot of them come with added sugar and it will affect your cocktail so make adjustments.
White Russian
- 1.5 oz Kona Espresso
- 1.5 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz half & half
Stir together your Kona Espresso and Vodka or shake it up briskly in a shaker. Pour over craft ice and then top with half & half. Simply delicious.
The Revolver
- 2-oz Whiskey
- 1-oz moxYcello Kona Espresso
- 4-5 dashes Orange Bitters
Combine ingredients and stir gently. This one does not need a lot of vigorous action. Serve in a rocks glass neat.
Chocolate Orange Peel
- 1.5-oz Ginger-Orange
- .75-oz KONA Espresso
- 1.5-oz Whiskey
This delicious and surprising combination is a must have in the tasting room or bring it home with a couple of bottles of your own. The subtle Ginger-Orange added to our KONA evokes notes of chocolate. And the whiskey? Simply amazing! Combine ingredients and stir for several seconds. Pour over craft ice and add an orange peel.
Cello-Hound - Ginger Orange
- 2-oz Ginger-Orange
- 2-oz Grapefruit
- 1/2-oz vodka
- 1/2-oz Fresh lime juice.
Cello-Hound - Orange & Limone
- 1.5-oz Orange
- .5-oz Limone
- 2-oz Grapefruit juice
- 1/2-oz vodka
- 1/2-oz fresh lime juice
Gently stir all ingredients together until chilled. Serve in a Collins or rocks glass. If you can, take the extra time squeeze your juice, be that the grapefruit or lime juice. It does make a difference.
Ginger's Mimosa
- 1-oz moxYcello Ginger
- 2-oz Pomegranate Juice
- Top with Prosecco
Penicillin
- 1-oz moxYcello Ginger
- 2.25-oz Whiskey, or bourbon
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple
Combine your ingredients in a shaker. Stir, or shake, thoroughly, pour over craft ice and garnish with candied ginger
Limoncello Lemon Drop
- 1.5-oz Limone
- 1.5-oz Vodka
- 1/2 0z Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 Simple syrup (optional)
This popular cocktail is elevated with our latest release, Limone. It’s a burst of fresh lemon mellowed just enough and never too sweet.
Limone Kiss
- 1-oz Limone
- 1-oz Vodka
- 2-oz POM Pomegranate
Our vibrant Limencello is amazing with the added deliciousness of POM! We really appreciate the smooth flavor of true POM so don’t cheat yourself on other brands. Combine ingredients and shake vigorously.
Poms Up
- 1-oz moxYcello Ginger
- 2-oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 2-oz Pomegranate Juice
- 1-in wedge of fresh orange
Muddle orange wedge and vodka in the bottom of cocktail shaker. Combine remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. Pour in a rocks glass over your favorite craft ice. Lightly sweet & savory!
Orangetini
- 1.75-oz moxYcello Orange
- 1.75-oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Serve UP in frozen martini glasses or in a rocks glass with your favorite craft ice.
Side Car
- 1.5-oz moxYcello Orange
- 1.5-oz Whiskey
- .25 oz Lemon Juice
- .25 simple
This is our take on a classic cocktail that dates back several decades. We hold back a bit of the lemon to allow our moxYcello Orange to shine a bit more. Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker and shake vigorously, or stir briskly. Serve UP in frozen martini glasses or in a rocks glass with your favorite craft ice. Your cocktail, your choice!
Tea Cocktails
Nut n Berries Tea Cooler
- 3.5-oz Chilled Tea
- 1.5-oz Orange
- .5-oz Limone
- 1/4-oz simple
- 1/4-oz Fresh lime juice
Stir your ingredients together in ice until chilled. Not too much, though. Your welcome to hold back on that little bit simple if you want, but definitely add the fresh lime juice. It will make a big difference.
Blood Orange Tea Cooler
3 of our citrus cellos blends easily with this gorgeous tea. We get ours from iN Tea of Littleton and hope you do, too.
All preparations start with 3-oz freshly chilled tea.
moxYcello Ginger-Orange
- 2-oz Ginger-Orange
- 1/2-oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple
Gently stir all ingredients EXCEPT the Ginger-Orange. Hold that until the end. Strain your partial cocktail into a Collins glass and add the Ginger-Orange.
moxYcello Orange
- 2 oz Orange
- 1/2 oz lime juice
Gently stir all ingredients until chilled. Serve in Collins glass.
moxYcello Limone
- 1 oz Limone
- 1 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple
Gently stir until all ingredients are chilled. Serve in Collins glass.
