Summer Cocktails
Western Slope $14 (Limited Edition)
Nothing says summer in Colorado like Palisade peaches. Our new cocktail is a limited edition offering while the peaches are fresh and delicious. The Western Slope is a beautifully balanced cocktail combining the sweetness of muddled Palisade peaches, whiskey, aromatics and the savory tingle of moxYcello Ginger. 20% ABV
Ginger Cosmo $12
Based on the classic Cosmo with a ginger spin. moxYcello Ginger, vodka, fresh lime juice, cranberry juice, simple syrup. Shaken briskly served up in a chilled martini glass. 15% ABV

Kickin' Mule $12
Choose your spirit: Whiskey for a Kentucky Mule, or Vodka for a Moscow Mule. You know this cocktail well. What we do differently is simply kickin’ it up a notch with our exceptionally strong Ginger Liqueur. 16% ABV
Spicy Mojito $13
A summer classic with a ginger twist! Muddled mint leaves with molasses simple to start things off. We then add Ginger cello, vodka, lime juice all built in the glass so you don’t lose any flavor. Add Club soda and top with ice in a Collins glass. 15% ABV
Ginger-Orange Julius $14
This is a delicious blend of orangecello liqueur, ginger-orange liqueur & orange juice, with a light splash of lemon juice & orange bitters. but we’re not done yet! on top is heavy whipped cream that has been blended with more orange bitters and topped lemon zest. Served up in a coup glass. 17% ABV
KONA Bliss $15
This cocktail is a luscious blend of KONA Espresso, combined with whiskey, and a touch of almond extract. But we’re not done there. On top is a decadent whipped cream infused with black walnut & orange aromatics. It is then topped with lemon zest & a light sprinkle of demerara sugar. Take your time with this one; it’s an experience to be savored to the last drop! 20% ABV
Blackberry Limone $13
We start with muddled blackberries and a touch of simple syrup, add whiskey, Limonecello and lemon juice with a brisk shake to mix a delicious blackberry infusion. It is surprisingly lemon forward and you would not know there was any whiskey at all! A summer drink favorite! 19% ABV
OCB Smash $13
Orangecello, Cucumber & Basil. A marriage made for summer! Cucumbers & basil are muddled to soften a gentle infusion into the cocktail. Then we add Orangecello, lime juice and simple syrup shaken into a delicious summer cocktail. Served over ice in a Collins glass. 15% ABV

A boozy surprise to the senses! We combine KONA Espresso, Ginger-Orange and whiskey in a brisk stir to generate an adult chocolate orange peel you may have had as a kid. Served over craft ice in a rocks glass. 29% ABV

The modern classic cocktail described as a coffee-spiked twist variation of a Manhattan. We’ve put our own moxYcello spin on it with our KONA Espresso, MMD Outlaw Whiskey and a dash of orange bitters. Served neat in a rocks glass and garnished with an orange twist. 34% ABV

40% ABV. The strongest of its kind. We’ve packed THE most ginger spice in this preparation. Serve it neat, or over ice, and learn what makes our cocktails so amazing.
Ginger-Orange 1-oz $3, 2-oz $5
36% ABV. Ginger Orange is the softer side of our powerful ginger liqueur. It still brings that bold ginger spice, but is tempered by the addition of orange zest and notes of vanilla making it a delicious sipper. Or, try it in our Chocolate Orange Peel cocktail.
Ginger-Orange Barrel Aged Liqueur 1-oz $5, 2-oz $7
35% ABV. After a patient 3 1/2 month wait the barrel has been bottled. What was once a slightly orange color transformed into a beautiful clear amber. Still spicy and the orange & vanilla notes arrive late to the palette. Most importantly it’s just sweet enough. This is a delightful sipper that offers some surprising complex flavors not expected in a liqueur. It’s a sweet-savory shock to the senses that will definitely catch your attention. Only available in a 1-2 oz pours.
Kona Expresso 1-oz $4, 2-oz $6
40% ABV. We sampled diverse beans & roasts from more than a dozen providers unwilling to settle on anything but the best until we discovered local purveyor, BAD ASS COFFEE OF HAWAII. We use their 100% KONA French Roast that delivers a rich prominent aroma in a bold unforgettable flavor. This is a liqueur that invokes flavors of vanilla bean, notes of bittersweet dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and a hint of smoke. A unique expression of a familiar sought-after liqueur.
Limone 1-oz $3, 2-oz $5
40% ABV. This preparation honors the Limoncellos of Italy with added secrets of our own. The aroma is undeniable pure lemon zest hitting your senses making your palate tingle with excitement and leave you wanted for more!
Orange 1-oz $3, 2-oz $5
40% ABV. An uncommon expression of a common liqueur. We’ve added more orange zest, notes of vanilla and a few other secret ingredients for a bold flavor that will amaze!
