Rocky Mountain All Local Burger
Local bison/beef patty, roasted Palisade peach purée, farm-picked greens and red onion, Pueblo chile mustard and MouCo cheese on a local bun. Add bacon if you’d like!

German Loaded Doggg
100% grass-fed beef hot dog with imported German mustard, beet-pickled kraut, pickle and raclette on a pretzel bun.

New Mexico Green Chile Tacos
Chimayo green chile, fire-roasted calabacitas and corn, cotija, avocado, confit garlic, local tortillas and salsa verde.

Hummus Duo & Veggies
Classic and roasted beet hummus with fresh-cut vegetables.

Plus assorted kettle chips.

We were also honored with a 2026 ColoradoBiz Top Women Award, nominated for Small Business of the Year and Women-Owned Business of the Year by the South Metro Denver Chamber for the second year running, and appeared on Great Day Colorado and Colorado & Company. Not bad for Year 3.
