Terms of Service

Effective date: October 28, 2026

Welcome to moxycello.rocks, the official website of moxYcello, a Colorado craft liqueur company operated by LauraSquared, LLC (“moxYcello,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, buying our products, joining our mailing list, or attending our tastings, classes or events, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be 21 or older to use this website, buy moxYcello products, or take part in any tasting, class or event. Our website asks you to confirm your age before entering; by continuing, you confirm you are 21 or older. We may ask for a valid government-issued photo ID at any time and may refuse service or entry to anyone who cannot verify their age.

2. Online Orders and Pickup

  • Where orders are placed: Bottles, gift baskets and merchandise are ordered through our online ordering providers, SpotOn and the moxYcello online gift store. Payment is processed by those providers.
  • Pickup only: Online orders are available for in-person pickup only at our tasting room. [Confirm: does the gift store ship merchandise? If so, add shipping terms here.]
  • Order confirmation: Orders are confirmed when payment is received in full.
  • Pickup verification: A valid government-issued photo ID showing age 21+ is required at pickup.
  • Unclaimed orders: Orders not picked up within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded at moxYcello’s discretion.

3. Tastings, Classes and Ticketed Events

3.1 Eligibility. All attendees must be 21+ and show valid ID at check-in. We may refuse admission to anyone without proper ID or who appears intoxicated.

3.2 Tickets, payment and cancellation. Reservations are confirmed only after full payment. Unless otherwise noted in writing, ticket sales are final. If moxYcello cancels an event, attendees receive a full refund or may transfer their reservation. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

3.3 Event details. Events may have stated capacity limits, durations or other conditions. These are listed on the event page or ticket.

4. Private and Bridal Events

4.1 Inquiries and booking. Submitting an inquiry form on our website does not reserve a date. A private event is confirmed only after we accept it in writing and receive the deposit described in your event agreement.

4.2 Group size. Private events require a minimum of 10 guests. Our tasting room holds a maximum of 23 seated or 35 standing guests.

4.3 Deposit and payment. A deposit of [amount or %] is due at booking. The remaining balance is due [timing, e.g., on the event date]. Any food and beverage minimum will be stated in your event agreement.

4.4 Final guest count. Your final guest count is due [number] days before the event. You will be charged for the final count or the number of guests who attend, whichever is greater.

4.5 Changes and cancellation. [Cancellation policy, e.g., “Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit; cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit.”] If moxYcello must cancel, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid.

4.6 Food, drink and decorations. Outside alcohol is not permitted. [Outside food and catering policy.] Decorations must be approved in advance and may not damage the space. The host is responsible for any damage caused by their guests.

4.7 Host responsibility. The host is responsible for their guests’ conduct and for making sure every guest who drinks is 21 or older.

5. Conduct, Liability and Safety

Guests must act respectfully. moxYcello may remove anyone who behaves unlawfully, dangerously or disruptively, without refund. Guests assume the risks of participation. moxYcello is not liable for personal injury or loss of property at events except as required by law.

6. Photography and Media

Photographers or videographers may be present at events. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to moxYcello’s use of that media for promotional purposes, unless you tell us in writing before the event.

7. Email Newsletter

You can join our mailing list through the signup on our website, at our tasting room, or at events. Subscribers receive our monthly newsletter, event announcements and occasional offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Our mailing list is managed by Mailchimp. See the Privacy Policy below for how we handle subscriber information.

8. Responsible Consumption

moxYcello promotes responsible drinking. Do not drink and drive. Please designate a sober driver or use a rideshare service.

9. Intellectual Property

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how moxYcello collects, uses, shares and protects personal information gathered through moxycello.rocks, our online ordering, our mailing list, and at our tasting room and events.

2. Information We Collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, phone and anything you include when you contact us, submit a private or bridal event inquiry, or sign up for our newsletter.
  • Order and ticket information: order history, tickets purchased and pickup confirmations. Payment card details are handled by our ordering and payment providers (SpotOn and our online gift store); we do not store card numbers.
  • Mailing list information: your email address and subscription preferences, kept in Mailchimp, along with whether you open or click our emails.
  • Website usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at the site, collected through Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process orders and tickets, plan private events, answer questions, send the newsletter and event announcements you signed up for, and understand how people use our website so we can improve it.

4. Email Newsletter

We send our monthly newsletter and event announcements only to people who sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. We do not sell or rent our mailing list.

5. Cookies, Analytics and Embedded Services

Our website uses cookies and similar tools:

  • Age check: a cookie remembers that you confirmed you are 21 or older, so you aren’t asked on every page.
  • Analytics: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics help us measure site traffic. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
  • Embedded Google services: our store locator uses Google Maps, our Testimonials page shows Google reviews, and the site loads Google Fonts. These services may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.
  • Social media links: links to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as intended.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as SpotOn, our online gift store, Mailchimp, Google and our website host), or with authorities when required by law.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

9. Age Restriction

Our website, products and events are for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
