7-course Tasting Menu
A Chromatic Tasting Journey
An immersive progression of color, flavor, and texture — each course designed to express its hue through aroma, taste, and visual composition.
Red — “Spanish Goulash”
Roasted piquillo pepper reduction, heirloom tomato essence, and smoky Pimentón de la Vera create a deep, warming crimson course with Spanish soul.
Orange — “Mixed Nuts”
Silky butternut squash purée and roasted chestnut mushroom, finished with toasted filbert, carrot dust, and earthy sweetness.
Yellow — “Yellow Flakes ONLY!”
Manuka-mango glazed shrimp atop a lemon risotto cake, crowned with aged Parmigiano Reggiano and a spark of yellow chili flakes.
Green — “Gobble’n”
Charred asparagus paired with fermented chimichurri and a light Granny Smith apple foam — bright, herbaceous, alive.
Blue — “Boy”
Chef-aged filet, blueberry-smoked and finished with blue spirulina, smoked Maldon salt, and a vibrant blueberry relish.
Indigo — “Three Shades of Purple”
Purple potato coin, beet tapenade, acai crème fraîche whip, and Marcona almond — earthy, rich, and elegant.
Violet / White — “Chef Whites”
Almond cake with crème anglaise, vanilla dust, and a delicate violet edible flower — a soft and fragrant finale.

Artist Exhibition
Paula Stephens
moxYcello will be featuring our first artist starting in October. Come see mix-media artist Paula Stephens’ work adorning our hall and take one home if it’s a fit for you.
Artist Bio
A blend of Georgia O’Keeffe and Banksy—if I may be so bold—that’s how I describe my art. I’m an irreverent free spirit, letting intuition and emotion breathe life into each piece. As a mixed media artist, I create vibrant, grungy works inspired by my deep love for the outdoors. Growing up on a peach orchard in Colorado, I spent my summers watching fragrant blossoms turn into ripe, juicy fruit, an experience that deeply influences my art.
My work combines sophisticated graffiti with fun, vibrant compositions, rich with texture and color. Inspiration from nature, the earthy tones of my upbringing, and a love for scavenger hunts of hidden words and quotes fill each piece. I aim to evoke happiness, hope, and resilience, whether in playful pumpkins, ethereal flowers, or intricate abstract designs.
For me, art is not meant to be stiff or pretentious—it should make your heart sing and bring you joy! My goal is to share the beauty and vibrancy of the natural world, infusing each piece with life energy to brighten any home, office, or living space.
