This class is going to be a focused demonstration and participation on how to create craft cocktails. We’ll create 3 cocktails deploying different techniques exploring how to combine ingredients and more importantly, why.
We’ll discuss the different cocktail shakers and tools: advantages and drawbacks of each. Your tool for this class will be the Boston Shaker – the go-to choice for bars everywhere.
Please – do get in a full meal before you arrive. We will only have light snacks to help clear your palette
