French 75 $15 - Aprils Non-profit cocktail
The classic French 75 with an added twist – Refreshing blend of moxYcello Limone, Snowmelt Gin, fresh squeezed lemon juice, a touch of simple syrup and a hint of lavender bitters. A deliciously balanced shaken cocktail with a moxYcello upgrade you’ve come to expect. All topped with Prosecco and garnished with a lemon twist. 14% ABV
Kickin' Mule $12
The traditional mule you’ve come to love with an added kick – an additional ounce of moxYcello Ginger. Lightly buddled mint adds a hint of freshness with an added splash of fresh lime juice. *Substitute vodka for whiskey to make a Kentucky Mule.

This is a delicious blend of orangecello liqueur, ginger-orange liqueur & orange juice, with a light splash of lemon juice & orange bitters. but we’re not done yet! on top is heavy whipped cream that has been blended with more orange bitters and topped lemon zest. Served up in a coup glass. 17% ABV

Velvet Negroni $16
This black Negroni offers the characteristics of a classic Negroni thanks to the Campari and sweet vermouth with the coffee-forward flavor of our KONA Espresso Liqueur. This cocktail is categorized as a Negroni-style espresso martini. Not at all sweet with a slight savory edge. There is a light herbal characteristic delivered by the Branch & Barrel Snowmelt Gin. A delicious balanced cocktail for those who like it a bit more savory. 24% ABV

KONA Bliss $15
This cocktail is a luscious blend of KONA Espresso, combined with MMD Outlaw Whiskey, and a touch of almond extract. But we’re not done there. On top is a decadent whipped cream infused with black walnut & orange aromatics. It is then topped with lemon zest & a light sprinkle of demerara sugar. Take your time with this one; it’s an experience to be savored to the last drop! 20% ABV

The modern classic cocktail described as a coffee-spiked twist variation of a Manhattan. We’ve put our own moxYcello spin on it with our KONA Espresso, MMD Outlaw Legend Bourbon and a dash of orange bitters. Served neat in a rocks glass and garnished with an orange twist. Boozy 34% ABV

We start with muddled blackberries and a touch of simple syrup, add MMD Outlaw Whiskey, Limonecello and lemon juice with a brisk shake to mix a delicious blackberry infusion. It is surprisingly lemon forward and you would not know there was any whiskey at all! A summer drink favorite! 19% ABV

A white Negroni with a surprise in every sip. moxYcello Orange is the subtle lead in this cocktail with the added smoothness of Dolan Dry Vermouth. Add a hint of fresh lemon juice and the herbal notes from Branch & Barrel Snowmelt Gin provides a slightly savory, balanced with a gentle orange, herbal cocktail. 21% ABV

This cocktail is a vibrant, citrusy blend with a warm and spicy backbone. MMD Outlaw Whiskey provides a robust base, complimented by the zesty brightness moxYcello Orange, and the tart freshness of lemon juice. moxYcello Ginger adds a harmonious balance of sweet & spicy flavors. 21%ABV
Ember Glow Negroni $14
As the name suggests, this cocktail reflects the smoky depth of smoked orange bitters, the warmth of moxYcello Orange with a refreshing hint of lemon – a twist that adds a lively spark to this unique Negroni Variation. Ginger-Orange 1-oz $3, 2-oz $5
36% ABV. Ginger Orange is the softer side of our powerful ginger liqueur. It still brings that bold ginger spice, but is tempered by the addition of orange zest and notes of vanilla making it a delicious sipper. Or, try it in our Chocolate Orange Peel cocktail.
Ginger-Orange Barrel Aged Liqueur 1-oz $5, 2-oz $7
35% ABV. After a patient 3 1/2 month wait the barrel has been bottled. What was once a slightly orange color transformed into a beautiful clear amber. Still spicy and the orange & vanilla notes arrive late to the palette. Most importantly it’s just sweet enough. This is a delightful sipper that offers some surprising complex flavors not expected in a liqueur. It’s a sweet-savory shock to the senses that will definitely catch your attention. Only available in a 1-2 oz pours.
Kona Expresso 1-oz $4, 2-oz $6
40% ABV. We sampled diverse beans & roasts from more than a dozen providers unwilling to settle on anything but the best until we discovered local purveyor, BAD ASS COFFEE OF HAWAII. We use their 100% KONA French Roast that delivers a rich prominent aroma in a bold unforgettable flavor. This is a liqueur that invokes flavors of vanilla bean, notes of bittersweet dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and a hint of smoke. A unique expression of a familiar sought-after liqueur.
Limone 1-oz $3, 2-oz $5
40% ABV. This preparation honors the Limoncellos of Italy with added secrets of our own. The aroma is undeniable pure lemon zest hitting your senses making your palate tingle with excitement and leave you wanted for more!

40% ABV. An uncommon expression of a common liqueur. We’ve added more orange zest, notes of vanilla and a few other secret ingredients for a bold flavor that will amaze!
