About Us
In our circle of friends, we’re known simply as “The Lauras”— two enterprising Coloradans with a love for craft cocktails and a knack for shaking things up.
During the 2020 quarantine, with nowhere to go and plenty of time on our hands, we turned to one of our favorite pastimes—mixology. Experimenting with ingredients, tweaking recipes, and adding “a little of this” or “a little of that” led us down a path of discovery. Our mission? To elevate craft cocktails in a bold, unexpected way.
One ingredient kept calling to us: ginger. Spicy, vibrant, and full of character, it inspired what would become our first creation—moxYcello Ginger. This isn’t your average liqueur. It’s BOLD, packing the most powerful ginger spice with a sweet, slow, and impeccably clean finish. The first time we added it to our Cosmo, the result was electrifying—a delightful shock to the palate! That intense ginger kick transformed the classic into something entirely new and addictive. Even friends who were “meh” about ginger found themselves refilling their glasses with excitement.
We kept sharing, experimenting, and perfecting. Before we knew it, moxYcello Ginger landed on a local restaurant menu in the form of our Ginger Cosmo. That was our moment of validation. We weren’t just mixing drinks—we had stumbled onto something new, stimulating, and inspiring to the craft cocktail community.
From there, moxYcello Ginger set the standard: Full strength, never watered down, always bold. Today, we’ve expanded our lineup to five incredible flavors:
