About Us
We’re known as “The Lauras”, in our circle of friends. We’re just a pair of enterprising Coloradans that have a love for adult beverages. While cooped up during the 2020 quarantine we entertained ourselves by tinkering with some of our adult beverage ingredients.
Changing “a little of this,” or adding “a little of that” led to some pretty interesting experimentation all in an effort to elevate our craft cocktails. We took what we knew, got curious, and driven by our love of ginger, moxYcello Ginger was born!
moxYcello Ginger is for those who expect more out of their liqueurs. It is BOLD, offering THE most powerful ginger spice with a sweet, slow, clean finish. First we added it to our Cosmo recipe. What a delightful shock to the palate! All the power of that ginger spice made the most delicious and addictive new flavor that was completely unexpected. Even some of our friends who were a bit “meh” about ginger found the cocktail bright, wonderful and refilled their glass with excitement!
We continued to share our new found discovery and soon found ourselves on a local restaurant menu. It was all the validation we needed to see that we stumbled onto something new, stimulating and inspiring to the craft cocktail community.
